Nitin Kaul

Nitin Kaul is a seasoned executive with over 25 years’ experience in strategy, M&A, restructuring and business transformation, 20 of which have been focused on emerging markets. He has been involved with Helios Investment Partners since 2018 and is a Partner and Head of Portfolio Operations Group at Helios Investment Partners. He also co-founded Syndeo Capital, a boutique advisory firm specialising in transactions between businesses and private equity.

He previously led diversified Industrial and aftermarket businesses across emerging markets at Gates Corporation and was part of the leadership team that steered its sale to Blackstone in 2014. Nitin has additional M&A and operations expertise from senior roles at Tomkins and Arthur Andersen.

Nitin currently serves on the boards of Axxela, TPAY Mobile, Misr Hytech and T2S. He has dual Indian and UK nationality and speaks fluent Hindi.
