Charlie Bronks, Head of ESG, rings the bell for gender equality

The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) celebrated International Women’s Day in conjunction with The World Federation of Exchanges Ring the Bell for Gender Equality initiative. Our very own Charlie Bronks, Head of ESG at Crown Agents Bank (CAB) and UNGC UK board member, attended the event as CAB ambassador for fostering gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace, and community globally. She said, "achieving gender equality is not just a matter of justice and human rights but also good business. Gender equality can lead to greater innovation, higher productivity, improved employee engagement and retention, and stronger financial performance."

She also highlighted how the Women’s Empowerment Principles (#WEPs) can support business to do this by offering guidance on how to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace, and community. Sign up here www.weps.org
