Our B Corp Journey

Our B Impact assessment was based on 2022's data; you can find our results below, which cover a total of 300 questions on key policies looking at our company's governance, employee satisfaction, community, and environmental impact. We achieved an overall score of 84.2 which is a great start for us on our sustainability journey given the median score of ordinary businesses who complete the assessment is 50.9. We look forward to strengthening our score when we re-certify in three years.

B Corp certification is regarded as the most rigorous and comprehensive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, requiring ongoing evidence of a commitment to real business change. The process puts the responsibility on organisations to be more transparent in their ESG progress and take accountability for the impact of their business.

ESG strategy

We integrate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards into everything we do, guided by our values of integrity, collaboration, client focus and impact.

From evaluating new opportunities, to our role on the board of the United Nations (UN) Global Compact Network UK, to the way in which we guide the growth of our business and work with our employees and clients.

Our ESG strategy aligns to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and centres around three key areas of the business

In our organisation (SDG 5, Gender Equality and SDG 10, Reduced Inequalities): We champion equal rights, diversity, and inclusion.

In our work (SDG 1, No Poverty): We provide access to financial markets to benefit the underserved and hard-to-reach.

In our world (SDG 13, Climate Action): We contribute to a thriving and resilient planet to support future generations.

Our ESG strategy also contributes to SDGs 8, 12 and 16:

  • SDG 8, Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment, and decent work for all
  • SDG 12, Responsible Production and Consumption
  • SDG 16, Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions

  • Combined carbon removal and offset solutions for 2022, calculated Carbon reduction plan and proposed reduction targets to 2049
