Our Journey
Our B Corp journey
Our B Impact assessment was based on 2022’s data; you can find our results within the investor relations ESG section, which cover a total of 300 questions on key policies looking at our company’s governance, employee satisfaction, community, and environmental impact. To become B Corp certified an organisation must score over 80, and the median score of ordinary businesses who complete the assessment is 50.9. We achieved an overall score of 84.2 and we look forward to strengthening our score when we re-certify in three years.
B Corp certification is regarded as one of the most rigorous and ESG rating/certification, requiring ongoing evidence of a commitment to real business change. The process puts the responsibility on organisations to be more transparent in their ESG progress and take accountability for the impact of their business.
