As we move into the second half of 2026, it’s a great opportunity to reflect on everything we’ve achieved together so far this year. Across Crown Agents Bank, colleagues have continued to demonstrate the passion, generosity and commitment that make Responsible Business such an important part of who we are.
Whether fundraising for charities close to their hearts, volunteering in our local communities or coming together through team events, colleagues across our organisation have made a meaningful impact during the first half of the year.
Fundraising for causes that matter
More than 50 colleagues took on fundraising challenges across the globe, showing incredible determination while supporting a range of worthwhile causes.
Highlights included participation in the London and Rome Marathons and the Finland Ice Skating Marathon in support of Street Child, the Solihull 36km Endurance Challenge for the Tea Leaf Trust, the London MoonWalk for Walk the Walk, and a London Marathon place raising funds for The Children’s Trust.
Colleagues also represented Crown Agents Bank at the Standard Chartered Great City Race and the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge, demonstrating both team spirit and a shared commitment to making a difference.
Together, these challenges have raised vital funds for charities that are making a real impact in communities around the world.
Supporting our local community
Giving back goes beyond fundraising. During the first half of the year, colleagues took part in several office volunteering days, supporting our local community through Food for All Kitchen. And we have more planned in the second half of the year.
We also donated more than £9,000 worth of café equipment to the food kitchen, helping to provide valuable resources that will continue to support its important work.
Bringing colleagues together
Responsible Business is also about building stronger connections within our own teams.
Our summer 5-a-side football tournament brought colleagues together for a day of friendly competition, teamwork and fun, reinforcing the relationships that help us collaborate every day.
