Our CEO, Neeraj Kapur, shares a statement regarding the Q3 Results for CAB Payments Holdings plc.

Dear colleagues,

We published our Q3 trading update this morning, covering the nine months to 30 September. You can read the full announcement here.

I’m delighted to share that Q3 2026 was our highest-ever third quarter and our strongest quarter of the year so far. For the first nine months, Total Income excluding net interest income is up around 32% year-on-year to approximately £79 million, while Total Income is up around 22% to approximately £102 million.

But what matters most is what sits behind those numbers: fantastic client activity and teamwork right across the business. FX and payments volumes reached a record £32.5 billion, with Emerging Market volumes up 23% to £12.1 billion. We welcomed 12 new active clients during the quarter, taking us to 613. Correspondent banking continues to scale following the addition of Deutsche Bank as a global clearing partner, and we onboarded two new central bank clients across Latin America and Africa.

There’s plenty more to be proud of too. We signed our first stablecoin partnership with BVNK, which is an exciting step for us, and completed the first club loan in the Group’s history. And, true to our purpose, we’re supporting a new school in Sierra Leone with Street Child — something I know we can all feel immensely proud of.

We’ve achieved all of this during a quarter with no shortage of distractions. Not only has our performance held up; it has strengthened. That comes down to all of you. Your hard work, your resilience and, above all, the way you look after our clients every day. A huge thank you.

Our medium-term guidance remains unchanged. Our next market update will be the pre-close trading update on 19 January, ahead of our full-year results on 4 March.

We know Q4 last year was particularly strong, so the bar for the final quarter is high. But this team has risen to every challenge this year, and I’m confident we can do it again. Every client we onboard, every corridor we open and every payment we deliver well over the next ten weeks matters. Let’s finish 2026 as we’ve approached the whole year: together, focused and with the same energy and commitment that got us here.

I’ll say more at today’s townhall, and I’d really encourage you to bring your questions.

One final reminder: the announcement itself is public, but anything beyond it is not. Please direct any external enquiries to Corporate Affairs & Marketing or Investor Relations.

Regards

Neeraj
